Turnaround and shipping

Your order is placed once your payment goes through. You get a confirmation email with your order number straight away.

We start printing once your order is paid and your files are ready. If you send your files after paying, or your order has a proof to approve (for example with design help), the time starts once we have your files or your approval.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays. These times are estimates; we'll email you if we expect your order to take longer.

We email you when your order is ready to collect.

Drop-off at the school

Some School Stores offer free drop-off at the school. Orders are printed together once the store closes, and we take them to the school's main office within 2 weeks after the store closes. The school then hands them out. At checkout you give the name of the person the order is for, so the school knows who it belongs to.

Shipping

We don't ship orders right now. Every order is picked up at MAD Prints, or dropped off at the school for a School Store that offers it.

We email you at each step:

• when your order is confirmed, after payment
• if we still need your files, or have a proof for you to approve
• when your order goes into production
• when it's ready to pick up, or on its way to your school

You can also check your order any time on Track your order with your order number, or in your account.

Back to school, sports seasons, graduation and the weeks before holidays are our busiest times, and printing can take a little longer. If you need your order by a certain date, order early, or contact us before you order and we'll tell you what's possible.

Contact the shop or email madstudiosprints@gmail.com with your order number. If something arrived damaged or wrong, email us a photo. We'll make it right, with a reprint or a refund where it applies. See our Refund Policy for the details.
