This policy explains what we collect when you browse and order from MAD Prints, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you place an order or create an account, we collect:
We share data only with the providers that help us run the store:
School Stores. When you order from a School Store, we share your name and what you ordered, including any name or number to be printed, with the person at that school or team who manages the store, so that orders can be handed out. They do not see your email address, phone number, delivery address or payment details. If you choose to have your order dropped off at the school, we also share the name of the person you say will receive it (a student, a parent or the coach), so the school knows who to hand it to. Their phone number and email are used only by MAD Prints, to contact them about the order. The school or team may use this information only to hand out orders. The store's manager can also mark your order as being made or ready; we then email you the update, as we do when MAD Prints moves it.
If you manage a School Store. We record each change you make to your store, its items and its orders, with your account email and the time, so MAD Prints can see who changed what.
We do not sell your personal data.
Artwork you upload is stored only to produce your order. Once an order is completed, the associated artwork files are removed from active storage. You can ask us to delete your artwork sooner by contacting us.
We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Account information is kept while your account is active. Uploaded artwork is purged after the order is completed, as described above.
We use essential cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping your cart and your sign-in session. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email madstudiosprints@gmail.com.
Data is encrypted in transit, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to order data and files is restricted. We rely on Google Firebase's infrastructure and security rules to protect stored data.
MAD Prints is not directed to children under 16, and orders are placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you add a child's name to an item, or give a student's name as the person receiving a drop-off at the school, we use it only to print that item and to hand out the order, as described in section 3. We keep it only as long as needed to complete the order and deal with any problem with it. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing madstudiosprints@gmail.com.
