Privacy Policy

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
• Shipping / pickup details — the delivery address you provide.
• Order details — the products, options, and quantities you buy.
• Artwork — the files you upload for printing.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

• Fulfilling orders — producing, packing, and shipping your prints.
• Payments — processing your purchase and issuing any refunds.
• Communication — order confirmations, production and shipping updates, and support replies.
• Account management — if you create an account, to show your order history.
• Fraud prevention and keeping the store secure.
• Marketing — only if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only with the providers that help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Mailgun — order and transactional emails.
• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, database, and secure file storage.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal data.

Artwork you upload is stored only to produce your order. Once an order is completed, the associated artwork files are removed from active storage. You can ask us to delete your artwork sooner by contacting us.

We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Account information is kept while your account is active. Uploaded artwork is purged after the order is completed, as described above.

We use essential cookies needed for the site to work — keeping your cart and your sign-in session. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email madstudioprints@gmail.com.

Data is encrypted in transit, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to order data and files is restricted. We rely on Google Firebase's infrastructure and security rules to protect stored data.

MAD Prints is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
