Terms of Service

By using MAD Prints or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You can order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and order details, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

• Prices are shown at the time you order. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if a price was clearly wrong.

You are responsible for the artwork and content you upload. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You own the artwork or have the rights and permissions needed to print it.
• The content is lawful and does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• You grant MAD Prints a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely to produce your order.

We may decline or cancel any order containing artwork that is infringing, unlawful, or offensive.

Most MAD Prints products are custom-made to order. Production begins after payment and once your artwork is ready. Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Because items are made to your specification, please review your product options and artwork carefully before ordering.

Available delivery and pickup options are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct address. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or pickup.

Because products are custom-made, they are generally non-refundable except where the item is defective or differs from your order due to our error. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

• Using the store for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Uploading artwork you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful or offensive.
• Attempting to bypass security, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Reselling our products or services without authorisation.

MAD Prints provides the store and products “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third parties (such as payment or shipping providers) beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
